SPIRIT VALLEY DAYS 2010 PARADE
Inviting all Icebreakers to participate in the Spirit Valley Days Parade
WHEN: Thursday, August 5th 2010
TIME: Be there at 4:45 pm
(Staging starts at 5:00 pm)
(Parade starts promptly at 6:30pm)
WHERE: 59th Ave. West and Redruth St.
(Parade route is 10 blocks long)
WHY: We are trying to promote Icebreakers and girl’s hockey. We participated in the 2009 parade and had a blast handing out fryers and candy while showing the community there is an alternative to the neighborhood rinks and boy’s hockey. Join in the fun this year, dress in weather appropriate clothes and we will give you a jersey to walk the parade in. The more skaters, coaches, family and friends we get in the parade the more fun it will be. Join in the fun!
Contact: Barbara Boo with any question @ 218-341-7666 or bboo@d.umn.edu |

Duluth Girls Hockey has long standing success in promoting hockey opportunities for all girls in Duluth. Our coaches continually strive to develop girls to play hockey for fun and recreation but also to play at higher levels if they desire. Some of our coaches have competed and/or coached at the highest levels of collegiate and international competition.
Duluth Girls Hockey is proud of all of the accomplishments of our girls, both on and off of the ice. We encourage our girls to become well rounded individuals and think that participation in girls hockey promotes that happening.
